Welcome to Crossing Place Kids!
Both Sundays and Wednesdays Kids Ministries currently consist of an Infant-Preschool room and a K-5th grade room. An exciting plan to separate out the littles’ class between infants-toddlers-preschool is in the works for Sunday mornings! No matter which room your child is in, they will be taught how to grow their own relationship with God through bible lessons, worship, and prayer. We also like to add in some games and crafts to help the lessons stick!
While Kids Ministry is a lot of fun, we want to make sure it is also safe and secure. Parents will need to check their kids in and out at our check-in station. All of our volunteers have been fully screened and interviewed. We have security doors and cameras in place, as well.
Kids Ministry is not viewed as baby sitting at Crossing Place Church. We believe that people can become followers of Christ at any age and that it is important to begin teaching about Jesus as early as possible. If you would like to become one of our volunteers, please see our Kids Pastor or Pastor Darlene and they can get you the appropriate paperwork to get started!
